  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)
What We Need From You:
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue
This helps us quickly resolve the problem for you.
Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Please double-check sizing charts and order details before purchasing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
